How To Stop Inflammation Naturally

Inflammation is a beast that can disrupt every organ system in the body. It begins with an injury, and though we see it when we stub our toe or paper cut our finger, we don’t always see it brewing in our gut. Unfortunately, the gut is where most inflammation begins and it can be the reason for many of your symptoms.


Common Signs and Symptoms of Inflammation

Irritability

Eczema/Skin cancer

Anxiety/Depression

Irregular menstruation

Sneezing/Coughing

Constipation/Diarrhea

When you’re ready, remember… we can’t treat inflammation with a, one problem one medication approach. Tylenol or Ibuprofen will cover up the fire with a tarp, but the coals will still be simmering underneath and they can do lasting damage to your internal system.
