Roasted Brussel Sprouts

These are one of the easiest greens to serve kids, the secret's in the toppings. Covered in parmesan and lemon, they need no convincing. You can serve these as a vegetarian side for your picky guests or top them with crumbled bacon for a decadent delight!

Make a double batch of these and you can try one of my favorite breakfasts: savory oatmeal with brussel sprouts and butter. Enjoy!
