Ginger Lime Halibut

By Jessica Campbell, MS, FNTP

I'm always trying to find ways to add more fish to my meals, and nobody makes it easier than SenaSea. My friend Sena ships out the best, fresh, fish caught by her husband, Rich in Alaska. I can relax knowing that their fish is full of healthy omega's and not full of GMO grains fed to farmed fish. Best of all, their fish tastes great!

My last shipment arrived in 2 days, still frozen, and like a christmas gift on my doorstep. When I opened the halibut, I immediately reached for a lime, ginger, and some garlic. Sautéed in butter, over some simple greens, you are going to love this easy peasy recipe. Even my 6 year old, fish hater declared it was "very good!"
